- Technical support for hosting-related issues
- Access to management dashboard for hosting controls
- Up to 2, 10, or 50 websites depending on your plan (Personal, Professional, or Business)
- 30GB storage and 500GB CDN bandwidth per plan
- 5 mailboxes per website
- Premium support access
- 99.9% uptime guarantee
3. Account Registration and Eligibility

4.2 Promotional Offers:
- “+2 months free for yearly plan” applies to annual subscriptions only
- Promotional pricing may change without notice for new customers
- Existing customers maintain their rate for the duration of their current billing cycle
4.3 Price Changes:
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice
- Price changes do not affect current billing cycles
- Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance
5. Payment Terms

- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- Resource-intensive applications that degrade server performance
- Cryptocurrency mining operations
- Proxy services or VPN services
- File storage services unrelated to website functionality
- Running automated bots or scrapers without authorization
6.2 Resource Limits:
- 125,000 visits per month per plan
- 30GB storage per plan
- 500GB CDN bandwidth per plan
- CPU and memory usage must remain within reasonable limits
- Excessive resource usage may result in service throttling or suspension
6.3 Website Limits:
- Personal: Maximum 2 websites
- Professional: Maximum 10 websites
- Business: Maximum 50 websites
- Each website includes 5 mailboxes
6.4 Content Responsibility:
- You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your websites
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You must respect intellectual property rights
7. Migration Services
7.1 Free Migration:
- One-time free migration included with all new accounts
- Migration typically completed within 24-48 hours
- You must provide complete access credentials for migration
7.2 Migration Process:
- You submit a migration request through our system
- Our experts handle the technical migration process
- You are responsible for DNS updates after migration
- We provide guidance for DNS configuration
7.3 Migration Limitations:
- We migrate standard WordPress installations
- Custom configurations may require additional time
- Some plugins or themes may not be compatible
- We are not responsible for data loss from source hosting
8. Backups and Data
8.1 Backup Policy:
- Automatic daily backups with 14-day retention
- Backups are for disaster recovery, not archival
- You can restore backups through your dashboard
- We recommend maintaining your own backup copies
8.2 Data Responsibility:
- You are ultimately responsible for your data
- We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect data
- We are not liable for data loss except as required by law
- Backups may not be available after account termination

9. Uptime and Service Level
9.1 Uptime Guarantee:
- We guarantee 99.9% uptime on a monthly basis
- Uptime is measured by our internal monitoring systems
- Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations
9.2 Maintenance:
- We perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- We minimize service disruptions during maintenance
9.3 Service Credits:
- If uptime falls below 99.9% in a month, you may request service credit
- Service credits equal to 5% of monthly fee for each 1% below guarantee
- Maximum credit: 50% of monthly fee
- Credits must be requested within 7 days of the end of the month
- Credits are applied to future billing, not refunded

13. Suspension and Termination

- Payment is overdue beyond grace period
- Your usage exceeds resource limits

- Continued non-payment

- You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- You have 30 days to retrieve your data after cancellation
13.4 Effect of Termination:
- Access to Services terminates immediately
- All data will be deleted after 30-day grace period
- Outstanding fees remain due
- These Terms survive termination where applicable
14. Refund Policy
14.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Available for first-time customers only
- Applies to first month/year of service only
- Request refund within 30 days of initial purchase
- Full refund of hosting fees (setup fees, if any, excluded)
